Vintage Hand Carved Wooden Baguette Tray

A vintage wooden baguette tray sourced in France. Hand carved from a single piece of wood, this long, narrow vessel was likely made for presenting a baguette or sliced bread at the table.

The tray features a warm honey-brown interior, contrasting dark exterior and distinctive hand-cut decoration around the rim. Visible carving marks, scratches, stains and layers of wear create a beautifully rustic, timeworn patina.

Its elongated form makes it a striking decorative accent for a dining table, kitchen counter, mantel or console. It could be styled with wrapped bread, dried botanicals, candles or a collection of small objects.
