Vintage French Salt Glazed Stoneware Crock

A rustic French stoneware preserving crock featuring a softly mottled gray-beige glaze, rounded body, rolled rim and two applied crescent-shaped handles. Fine incised bands encircle the shoulder and lower body, adding subtle texture to its simple utilitarian form.

Originally made as a practical household storage or preserving vessel, it now makes a beautiful decorative cachepot, utensil holder or standalone accent in a French country, farmhouse or collected interior.

The crock shows authentic vintage character, including glaze variations, surface marks, small rim nicks and manufacturing irregularities. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the condition description.
