A vintage French pottery herb pot found in France, hand-lettered “Herbes de Provence.” The warm ochre terracotta body is accented with a rich green drip glaze around the rim and four small loop handles.
The visible throwing rings inside and natural variations in the glaze give it a wonderful handmade, rustic character. Originally intended for storing dried Provençal herbs, today it makes a beautiful French country kitchen accent, small utensil pot, dried-flower vase, or decorative vessel. It measures 5½"H x 3¼"D
