French Longchamp Oyster Plate "A" and "E"

These vintage French oyster plates by Longchamp, featuring six raised ivory scallop-shell wells arranged around a central compartment for lemon, sauce, or condiments.

The shells are set against a richly textured blue-green basketweave background and framed by a twisted rope-style border in warm brown. The underside is impressed Longchamp Terre de Fer. 

The plate shows age-related wear, including small chips or glaze losses along the raised brown border, light surface marks, and manufacturing variations. Please review the photographs carefully for the condition of the exact plate.
