Elegant  French wooden box, crafted with a richly figured burl wood veneer and adorned with delicate gilt scrollwork inlay in each corner and center medallion. The interior is divided into two compartments and finished in smooth, warm-toned wood. A refined and timeless piece — perfect for storing jewelry, keepsakes, or writing accessories. It measures 9½" W × 6¾"D × 1¾"H. Very good antique condition; light wear to gilt consistent with age, minor surface marks on wood; hinges sound and interior clean.
