Antique Saint Uze Pitcher with Blue Garland Decor

An antique Saint-Uze pitcher, dating to circa 1900, decorated with an elegant cobalt blue floral garland motif on a creamy white glaze.  With its rounded silhouette and classic French provincial style, this piece is perfect   in a blue-and-white collection. 5 1/2 "H and 6' from Spout to Handle. This pitcher shows visible age and use throughout, including overall crazing to the glaze, discoloration and staining, especially around the rim, interior, and base. There is a visible hairline crack near the upper body/rim area, as shown in the photos, along with small surface marks and wear consistent with age. Still a beautiful decorative piece with wonderful character.
