An antique French Jaspé pottery pitcher, originating from the French Alpine region and dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The pitcher features the wonderfully fluid decoration characteristic of poterie jaspée, created by combining different colored slips before glazing. Swirls of green, cream, dark brown and soft orange move across the warm terracotta-colored body, making every side completely unique. 5"H x 4½"D

Please keep in mind when buying antique and vintage items you are purchasing something that is pre-loved. Most items show signs of age-related wear such as marks, variations of surface texture, minor scratches, and other issues associated with age. It’s what forms a part of the appearance of vintage pieces, but that’s also what makes them so unique. All sales are final. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about a particular item. Thank you
