A vintage Catholic holy water font / bénitier featuring a large gilt dove in flight mounted on a onyx plaque, with a small clear glass holy water receptacle below.

The dove is rendered in detailed relief with outstretched wings and a warm aged gold-toned finish. It is mounted on a brass back and hanging ring for wall display. The clear glass font is held in place with decorative metal fittings and adds a delicate contrast to the sculptural dove above. It measures 4½" H x 2¾" W
